Provenance :       Vineyard Falmagne and Divo Nanto, Dinant, Meuse, Namur Wallonia

Exposure :           South – South West Slope

Soil :                    Vineyard of the Meuse valley to the accumulation and reflection of the

                            sunlight by the Meuse. Allowing the development of round and powerful wines.

Yield :                  Maximum 40 hl/ha.

Harvest Time :     Green harvest in August/September, Manual Harvest to beginning/mid October

Alcohol                 12 - 13% Vol

Residual Sugar :  No residual sugar present

Fermentation :     fermentation at 13 ° C under pressure of 0.3 mbar stainless steel vats then a

                             malolactic fermentation in new barrels, French oak.

Maturation :         Approximately 12 months on lees lees stirring every 14 days.
