Type of Wine: The Chardonnay is an assemblage of two vinification methodes of Chateau Bon Baron, using both oak barrels fermentation and steel tank fermentation.
Aroma: Medium plus intense, pear, mango, papaya, tropical fruit, honey paresis, camomille, thea, banana, herbicious, sage, flint, smokeyness.
Serve: 15-17°C

Provenance: Vineyard Falmagne, at Lustin and the Vineyard
Divo Nanto at Dinant In the Valley of the Meuse, Namur Wallonia.
Exposure: South – South West Slope
Soil: The Vineyard “FALMAGNE” at Lustin, in the view of the wine cellar, on the sunny slopes of the riverbanks is utmost suitable for many wine varieties. The Meuse is the lifestream of several vineyards upstream and flows here through the various rock layers. The formation of Lustin is mainly calcaire and carries also sandstone in a narrow valley of which the walls are steep slopes. The Vineyard “DIVO NANTO” is situated on slightly less steep banks.
Yield: Maximum 35-50 hl/ha – Manual 2-sided defoliate for optimum exposure – if necessary the grapes are cut to halve bunches - Green Harvest in august/september
