Varietals: To give the wine a little pepps, we blended the Cabernet Dorsa with 25% Pinot Noir.
The varietal Cabernet Dorsa is a crossing between the
Kek Frankos (or the so called Blaufränkisch or Lemberger)
and Dornfelder.
